You should have received your new Allegacy Check Card. Please remember, you will need to call 800.543.5073 and activate it immediately, as your old card will no longer work after August 15.

For your convenience, your PIN number will remain the same. If you have a joint cardholder on your account, they will now have a unique card number, but maintain the same PIN number as before. Please remember, if you are a joint cardholder with a new card number, you will need to update your account information for any recurring charges that you may have set up for gym memberships, pharmacies, etc.

Your check card will still earn rewards points when you press CREDIT at point-of-sale and any old points you have accumulated will carryover to the primary account holder’s card.

If you have not received your new Allegacy Check Card, please call Member Services at 336.774.3400 / 800.782.4670 to report your card lost or stolen and have a new Check Card issued.
